S’mores Mini Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust dough

  • 12 milk chocolate segments

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 20 mini marshmallows


Directions

  1. Roll out the pie crust dough and cut it into eight circles (about 3 inches each).

  2. Place one tbsp graham cracker crumbs in the center of the dough circle.

  3. Add a square of chocolate and 5 mini marshmallows.

  4. Wet the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over the s’mores toppings, pressing it in place.

  5. Then, fold up the edges, pressing them in place into a pillow shape.

  6. Set the Grillet™ to 350°. Start by grilling one side of s’ mores mini pies for about two minutes.

  7. Flip the mini pies over and cook the bottoms for two minutes.

  8. Finally, turn the Grillet™ to Warm for an additional minute.

  9. After removing them from the grill, top with marshmallow and chocolate to serve.
