Rice Cooker Made Blueberry Muffin
- 2 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup blueberry
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
- Mix all ingredients except blueberry and blueberry jam until smooth and no clump.
- Add blueberry and blueberry jam, gently fold them into batter.
- Fill silicone cupcake liners with 1/4 cup batter. Place them in steam tray.
- Set STEAM function for 15 mins, repeat until all cupcake cooked.
