Rice Cooker Made Blueberry Muffin

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the blueberries and blueberry jam. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of clumps.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries and blueberry jam into the batter until they are evenly distributed.
  3. Prepare silicone cupcake liners by placing them in a steam tray.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner with approximately 1/4 cup of batter.
  5. Set the STEAM function on your cooker for 15 minutes. Steam the cupcakes using this setting. Repeat the process until all the cupcakes are cooked.
  6. Once the cupcakes are cooked, carefully remove them from the steam tray and allow them to cool before serving.
