Sweet Red Bean Soup with Tang Yuan (Rice Balls Dessert)

Ingredients
- 2 cup dried red bean
- 8 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup Tang Yuan (store-bought rice ball dessert)
Directions
- Rinse red beans under cold water, then drain thoroughly.
- Transfer red beans to the purple clay inner pot of the Aroma rice cooker.
- Add water and orange zest, then set the rice cooker to Slow Cook mode for 5 hours.
- Once the Slow Cook cycle is complete, switch the cooker to White Rice mode.
- Open the lid, stir in the sugar, and bring the red bean soup to a boil.
- Once the soup is boiling, add Tang Yuan to the pot. Cook for another 1 minute, or until Tang Yuan float to the top and are fully cooked.
- Sever hot and enjoy!
