Thai Mango Sticky Rice

  • 2 cups sweet rice

  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 4 yellow mangoes, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced


  1. Cook 2 cups of sweet rice with 2 cups of coconut milk in the rice cooker using the White Rice function.

  2. When the cycle is done open the lid and stir in sugar. Note: Mix in the sugar while the rice is hot so that the sugar will properly melt.

  3. To serve, mold 1/4 servings of sticky rice on dessert plates. Drizzle desserts with coconut milk then divide mango slices among plates.
