Apple Pie Bites

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 small granny smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 slices
  • 1 (8-oz.) can crescent roll dough


  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and coat the apple slices with it. Set aside.
  3. Lay out the crescent roll triangles on a floured surface. Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly on each triangle.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans on each triangle.
  5. Place an apple slice on the wider end of each triangle. Roll the crescent dough around the apple. Keep the remaining butter from the apples.
  6. Put the stuffed crescents in the cooking pan.
  7. Brush each crescent roll with the leftover butter. Sprinkle a bit more pumpkin pie spice on top.
  8. Set the air fryer for 15 minutes. After around 10 minutes, open the lid and rotate the crescents for even browning. Cook the remaining 5 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
